4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms and cancellation policies are set in your signed service agreement. No refunds apply once training has started, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or business disruption resulting from use or inability to use our services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled in Romanian jurisdiction.
